(english.cnhubei.com) Wuhan should do all it can to provide services to Foxconn Wuhan Industrial Park, Li Hongzhong, governor of central China's Hubei Province pledged during his investigation to Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone on May 7, 2008.
Li said that the related departments of development zone and Wuhan should support efforts toward Foxconn to ensure the success of the project.
Foxconn Wuhan Industrial Park, with the total investment of first phase reaching US$1 billion, started construction in April, 2007. It is planned to put into production in June this year and targets at sales volume of US$600.
The industrial garden also aims at global largest production base.
Top 500 Foxconn is a high-tech enterprise invested by Taiwan Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd.
