(english.cnhubei.com) Preparation is in full swing for Expo Central China 2008, the organizing committee told reporters. The expo will be held in Wuhan, capital city of Hubei Province on April 26 to 28, 2008.
The construction of stadium as well as investment and projects promotion are underway. It is estimated that over 20,000 people both home and abroad will come to Wuhan for the expo among who there will be foreign ministers, celebrated businessmen and foreign officials.
Expo Central China 2008 is an important activity to advance a coordinated development of regional economies and promoting the rise of Central China, Ma Xiuhong, Vice Minister of MOFCOM said. |
